I been Playing BDO the past week attended a bwl raid in between heard nost Got compromised in some Way, checked my account "Temper" it says it closed Can you put me up to date here? My alt acc works fine tho

This account has been banned for conducting a forbidden gold transaction. That means either buying, selling, or transferring illegally obtained gold. If this was a result of account compromise, it is still attributed to the account owner as account security is your responsibility.

If you'd like to appeal this ban, please provide information as to recent gold transfer activities, anything that might have triggered the ban.

Hello agian, thanks for open the thread agian so i can provide with the needed information to solve this issue.

Anyways, ithink what have trigged it must be the transactions from our MC pug bank and me or if we have borrow eachother gold ingame (we are a bunch of irl that been playing together for many years)
It happens that we sell value item also in the actually run, like garr binding or what ever.

I can ensure you that there have never been any gold sell/buying or what so ever, i never really had the reason to do so i even have farmed my pre AQ cons wich you can check aswell.
