I talked to a Game Master ingame.

He told me that my account was permanently banned for a "major bug abuse". And that he didnt have any more information to give me.

Is there any chance you could elaborate on why my account was banned because im in the dark, and frankly, I have no idea what I have done

I was doing a Dire Maul North when i was teleported to the GM island. I said Hallo and asked why i was ported to the GM island but i didnt get any respond. After approximately 2 minuts i got dc'ed from the game.
