My account has been banned. Upon requesting further information from Tyrael regarding this via PM I have been told the following:
• My account was banned for 'major bug abuse'
• In order for my ban reason to be elaborated upon I must make a public appeal

In line with this I am posting this initial appeal to ask for elaboration as to why my account was closed beyond '[a]buse of major in-game bugs' as without any elaboration I am essentially unable to appeal the ban in a complete manner.

The account with character Slipry has been permanently banned for duplicating specific quest items. This ban has been confirmed and will not be lifted.
