I logged into the account when coming home from work and it was closed. Tried logging into the homepage on the website to see the reason, but there's no notification of why the account was closed. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Is there anyway to get this reviewed or overruled?

I will provide any information I can, but I'm unaware of any proof that I could produce to prove in my favor. I can assure you that any gold transactions were between people I knew, when buying something, or trading for something. I have never purchased gold either. The risk is not worth the reward. My account is way more valuable.

I put too much time and effort into this account to have it banned for a measly "forbidden gold transaction".

Any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated! Thank you for you time.

Sorry for taking so long to respond. I have been busy and I was trying to remember any transactions I conducted on the account. The only thing I can think of is buying quite a bit of potions before March 7th on the AH. I didn't conduct any gold transactions after March 7th (that I can remember). Is there a way for me to get the date of the transaction that is in question for the ban?
