Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hello my character Forceberg just got hacked of everything I got on it, I would be dream to get the stuff back but im gonna try anyway.

Let me get you some background story on who I am on this server. I am Forceberg, I started playing on this server over one YEAR ago, and Ive been maintanking for Brilliance since like march last year, Ive pretty much dedicated most of my free time to this game, and I had pretty much every useful piece that I could use ingame appart from thunderfury.

I have always loved to play on this server, and I wish my ending here wouldn't be as brutal as this one, I can understand if you wont give me my gear and gold and whatever back, but could you please let me know how this happened? Where did someone log into my account from to steal my stuff? I wouldn't even give my password to my mother if her life depended on it.

I wish we could use this example to whoever is doing this to our accounts and stop it and maybe even change your policy in these matters. I mean a guildmember named björnbusen had the exact same thing happen to him a few days ago, and I assume we are not the only ones.

It's your OWN fault to don't care enough about your account security. I think you can create a new account and enjoy the leveling part again

I'm going to assume you posted this under the wrong thread. Good day.

I understand that account security is our own responsibility, as players.
I know that Forceberg is going to get the same stardardized reply that every other hacked account got.

But.

I am sincerely hoping that you will make an exception, for this extraordinary case. We are not talking about a random level 31 who lost 30 gold. We're talking about a fully geared, veteran maintank in one of the older guilds on the server. He is a pillar of our community and has been since its founding, a year ago. He's a dedicated player, spending more time on the server than anybody could be expected to. That is why, I am imploring and begging you, please help. Make an exception, help us.

I don't get why Nost doesn't restore accounts and items, isn't it Blizzlike? I honestly thought so.

My main logged on the other day while I was lvling an alt, and I literally thought that now I was going to lose my account and I'm going to see it right before my eyes, because Nost wont restore anything, luckily for me nothing happened and I reset my password.

I do hope you (Nost) will change your policies, starting with Forceberg.

Couldn't agree more! Force has more or less dedicated his life to the server since it came up.
Please do something about these cases, I beg you, nostalrius staff!

Yo devs don't be suckers and give this guy his gear back! You can't have the biggest ogrimmar afker run around without gear!
