Can't log in

I've been trying to get on today on the PVP realm, but it keeps auto-disconnecting me when i press enter. I've checked my internet and it is fine. My human mage is named Owens and is level 54 if you need a character.

Your account is not banned, are you sure you are logged into our PvP or PvE realm?

I only really ever play on the PVP realm, so its the last one i logged into. I'm at the log in screen and it says so at the bottom.

I've double checked as well. The account associated with character Owens on the PVP realm has never been banned. You might try resetting your password at https://en.nostalrius.org/password.
