Account Banned

My character Grandpagnome, level 6 rogue was banned for use of the trade chat. I asked the community about how to use dual wield, got my answer from numerous people, and then replied thank you in the chat. I immediately received a ban after my post. I realize now after reviewing some posts in the forum, that there is an automatic safety to prevent spam from characters lower than 15. I was hoping my ban would be reviewed and lifted, being that I had no intention of spamming. If I had known if this policy, I would've been more careful.

The account associated with Grandpagnome on the PvP server was banned by the chat spam system. Try to minimize the use of public chat channels on characters less than level 15.
