Account perm banned, tried to use trade chat, level too low?

Hi. My brother had attempted to use trade chat on his level 4 rogue and was permanently banned.
Subsequently, I logged in to my account in order to ask people for help, and was instantly banned as well, haha.

We just looked over some other threads and have just learned that there is an auto-ban for under level 15 characters attempting to use trade, which makes sense.

Anyway, was hoping we could get unbanned.
My characters include:
Letschecksw (Level 1 Human Warrior)
Morphreborn (Level 1 Gnome Mage)

My brother had created his own ban appeal thread, but incase it could expedite things, his character is:
Grandpagnome (Level 5? Gnome Rogue)

The accounts were banned by the chat spam system. Please try to minimize the use of public chat channels on characters less than level 15.

They have now been unbanned.
