Account frozen for unknown reason

My account has been frozen and i dont know why, I cannot login to the game so I don't know how to connect with GM.
Character name is pinkhentai, 27 ORC warrior on pvp server. I just normally do quest for lvlup. PLZ help me unban my account or tell me the reason!
I love this server and I hope I can play for a long time . Thanks a lot for the help.

The account associated with pinkhentai was banned for advertising for gold seller sites. This probably means that you were hacked, and the gold seller used the account in that fashion.

Thanks a lot for response, I'm sure my account was hacked, can you unban it and give me a chance to change my password? I love my charactor and really want it back. And it's not my fault...plz

27 warrior. The only thing I want to do is to upgrade and enjoy in Azeroth. I know it will take time, but I still hope
