Hi there, my account has been locked for no reasons for about 6 months. I tried several time to get assistance from GM unsuccessfully, i really need help in the mesure of possible.

Neither account is banned. Make sure you are entering the correct password, and if you cannot remember it, you can change it at https://en.nostalrius.org/password.
