is it banned cos it got haked (a lot of ppl seem to have this problem)

It does look like your account was hacked, and then used to advertise gold. Unfortunately you are responsible for your own account security and actions taken on the account are assigned to the account owner.

By the way, before creating a new account, please make sure that it does not have the same username or password on any other private server.
