The account associated with xiaonigu on the PVP server was permanently banned for cheat/hack. This is confirmed and the ban will not be lifted.
Feel free to create a new account and follow the rules.

I rechecked the state of this account, and noticed that we had in fact put it under review. Sorry for the miscommunication above, it was a mistake on my part.
