I don't know why i got banned

Hi, as the subject said, I was just playing with a friend and I got banned (the fact is that my friend isn't ban at all even if we did the same quests / travel / etc...) so I just searched for an answer and all that i can say is that :

-I talked on the general channel
-I was installing Questie.

Even if I'm not unban i just wanted to know the reason of this one in order to play correctly next time.

The names are Sreexeroni / Sreexerino , a hunter and a rogue.

Your account has never been banned. Most likely you typed in the wrong password too many times (or someone else did trying to hack into it.) Wait some time and try logging in again. If you cannot remember your password you can change it at https://en.nostalrius.org/password.
