I really dont know how this happened.Is it because I disconnect from server for many times after using the spell "Charge",and its hard to connect to the server after disconnected(around 3pm yesterday）.After tryed to connecting to the server for many times,i went sleep. I got up in the morning,I got banned.I am confusing about this.
As I don't want my account get a wrong ban which ruined so much effort and time that I put into this character since I never try to against your rules. Please take my words into serious consideration. Thank you！

Dear GM,
Please review this case,i just disconnect from the server after charging for many times.I am not the only one suffering from the bug.And you could know that from Yousayso's killing stream(www.twitch.tv/vixqq).But the day i got banned it happened to me much more frequently,it doesn't represent i am using hacks.i know i should go sleep while the server is laggy,but i can't fall sleep with 130k honor to be grinded within only 22 hours from PVP upgrade.I gotta reconnect to the server and keep grinding,that's why I reconnect to the server after disconnected.
And here is the doubt about using hacks you told me:
1:what if I am using hacks, why my alts wasn't detected using hacks in the same compute
2:I have been logging in Nostalrius in my computer for around 6 months,what if i am using hacks,it should be detected long time ago.
So I think my account got banned is connected with that I was keeping reconnecting to the server the day before yesterday.
