Character name: Frozties 60 gnome mage
when i try logging into wow it says my Account have been closed.
and when i try to login on the homepage it says Login failed! Bad credentials.
i have tryed to reset the password to my email but dont seem to work

The account associated with Frozties on the PvP server was banned for gold trafficking. If you would like to appeal, please provide information about recent transactions that might have triggered this.
It's possible your E-mail could be compromised, so check for that if the password reset is not working. Also make sure you computer is free of any malware such as keyloggers.
If you did in fact buy gold, just let us know that as well, as it saves us time.

well it is my 2nd account that i use most of the time to farm dm:e and ZG coins
cuz my main char are a healer witch anit that best to farm whit so have traded some gold over to my paladin Avelice and my druid Secura
but have not been online for 2 weeks and then i tryed to login and it was banned...

All the 3 characters (Frozties, Secura, Avelice) are the same person, playing in the same guild - Coalition. The gold was farmed legit - recheck and unban. Thanks.

Thank you for this information.
Looking at the accounts, it seems like the account associated with Frozties was hacked, and the person accessing the account conducted illegal gold transactions. Unless you happened to visit to Guangdong China recently. We recommend you change the password on the other accounts to protect them.
We are still working on solutions for this issue, so I will leave this thread open. We will make a final determination and get back to you in this thread.

i did not visit Guangdong or china.. only been a trip to norway
and i have changed the password on my 2 other accounts
