Perma baned Need GM HELP

Hello guys: When i log in nostalrius i was muted for 24 hours withou any reason (because i don't play today) And 5 min later i get dc 20 times in 5 min more less then i get perma baned, can ANY gm help me i don't do nothing ilegal i'm legit player i ben played 9 years retail withou any ban/warning
