Hello, my account seems to have been closed for no apparent reason (Perhaps it was because i went afk on the character screen (Didnt know that was a bannable offense)) My characters name is Fugen on the pvp server

Seriously? How can i get hacked? Are you sure this isn't a mistake? Is there anyway i can change my password and try again?
