Dear GMs
My account was banned for "using an auto-mouse macro to camp a vendor....", I have never realized that using macros to camp vendor is a botting activity, and it will lead to account banned, permanently . If I knew this rule before I would never do that. I did not deliberately hang up at all , instead, I just had something important to do and left for a while at that afternoon. I have understand that botting is serious cheat activity, but I really didn’t mean to do it. I have seen my fault to use these macros, and i will never use it in the future. Could you please consider a mitigated sanction and give me a chance to make up my mistakes?

Ignorance doesn't save you from the punishment of any Terms of Use violation.

You accept the rules automatically with creating your ingame account, you should've read them before.

You can only start with a new account and follow the rules in the future.

Botting always leads to an immediate permanent ban. You in fact admitted to doing this in your post. Feel free to create a new account and follow the rules. We do not permit unattended gameplay.
