Banned account

Got stuck in Crossroads, made a ticket to get help. A GM whispered me that my name was unappropiate, Disconnected from server. Now I am marked as permanently banned.

My name is/was 'Gubbög', which litteraly is translated as 'Oldgay'. I don't see anything wrong with the name, maybe I am sernior and maybe I am homosexual?

Also if there is something wrong with this name, which I disagree on; why ban instantly and not let me name change it instead?
