Account Hacked by Gold Farmers, Then Banned

Yanneen on PVP Server.

I was informed by several guildies and friends my account was being used to sell people gold. I logged on to change my password, but before I could do so, I found myself banned. I have several friends and guildmates who can testify to seeing me online as not a bot, as well as screenshots of my account sending spam whispers.

Any way I can get this ban reversed or is it lost permanently?
