Dear GM~
I had two accounts
IGN:agwee and IGN: buguannina in PVP server.
which i opened both account yesterday and got banned..
I dont know the rules can not open two account at a time.
I was stuck on quest and thats why i opened another one to help myself.
Can you please help me this time, and i will never do it again

You were given a final warning about multiboxing on March 14, and then found to be doing it again on March 16. A second offence of multiboxing results in a permanent ban.

The ban is confirmed and will not be lifted. You are free to create a new account and follow the rules.
