appeal for ban

Greetings game master,
My account was banned today , and I want to appeal for this ban.
I received a letter with 580g yesterday, but i couldn’t identify the ID. I was helpless because I dont know what is it about.I have not bought or sell any gold so i didn’t take the 580g,and asked one of our guild member Albiscn to contact GM.One of your game master said that he will investigate. I didn’t delete that letter just in order to leave evidence ,and added that sweeca who send this letter in order to contact him.Today i found his account banned.
In summary,I am innocent of gold trafficking.i don’t want that 580g,and reported immediately. I hope you can give me a chance to explain.
I think the hole thing is a set-up.The letter that contains the money is sent by sweeca which is no longer exist.And the title of that letter is Onlynvshen,a paladin from our guild,which is also a close friend of mine,seem to be a camouflage.I asked my friend Albiscn to contact one of your game master who said that you guys would investigate.I think these detail would help you to clean my name.Thanks again for your concern.
