GM team：
I am in PVP server.
Today I found my account: saintsai, my son's account: saintsai2 .
Both of them，were banned。
We did not use public channel, nor any illegal transactions.
Please check it, thank you

Please remove the account names - all the GM's need is a character and realm name.

Neither account has ever been banned. Most likely, you (or someone else) tried to log in too many times with an incorrect password onto one of them. This causes a temporary IP lockout. Wait 30 minutes to 1 hour and try to log in again, or if you cannot remember the password, you can reset it at https://en.nostalrius.org/password.
