Hello, I am writing this ban appeal for two of my acquaintances: Ggka and Luooli (pvp server)

Unfortunately, their English is not the best and when they posted on the forum they just got a copy/paste answer "You have been banned for cheats/hacks" and then they are ignored without being given the option of appeal. Luooli never even got a answer to his thread.


The two players are all warriors, playing with high latency, and playing a lot of battlegrounds.
They say that they are occasionally disconnected after using charge and intercept.

As we all know, it is common that people who play with high latency are auto-banned by the anticheat system who mistakes lags for illegal teleportation.
For this reason we would like to respectfully request that you look into these two characters. We are very confident that you will conclude that no form of cheats or hacks have been used.

If your friend can't speak English, then why did he join a server with English speaking people and English written rules?

They can speak basic english, like many people whose english is not their first language. However when it comes to defending oneself and laying out arguments for one's innocence, it should be obvious that they request the help of someone who speaks the language a bit better?

Thanks for letting me know about this rule tho, I have never seen that before. It does sound very strange. I mean what's going to happen is that I'm going to write the statements myself and give it to them so they can copy paste it, is it really the way we should go about this?...
