Greetings. Dear game manger. I am a player in our Nostalrius Begins PVP-Server. The ID is Medusaregan(LV60, alliance). Due to I am in china, when I was played the game I got a high delay, it was usually as high as 400 milliseconds, especially today it is come to 1000 milliseconds suddenly, so I knocked the keyboard and the mouse continually, about 5 minutes later I was disconnected. Then I go to the company back to work. About 2 hours later I back to home and landing the game, it is tell me my account was frozen. I was shocked.
I was telling all the truth. I like atmosphere of the game very much. I have been following all the rules, the futer will be the same.
I really hope you can help me to lift the freeze. I will adjust the delay before entering the battlefield in the future. I really hope you can give me a chance to continue the game.
Thank you for all your continued efforts, I want to join this big family very much. Please!
