Hello,

I am a new player. I tried to log in several times and received an "unable to connect" error. I kept trying and finally received a message that my account had been banned. I tried to log in to the nostalrius website to find out the reason I was banned but it said "bad credentials". I have no idea why I was banned and cannot log into the website, can someone please help me? Thanks

The login says "unable to connect" when you enter the wrong password, and if you enter the wrong password too many times your account gets a short ban.

In this case, you might want to reset your password just to make sure the account is safe. You can do that at https://en.nostalrius.org/password.

Before doing that, make sure your E-mail is not compromised, because if the reason for your password not working is that someone changed it, they would have had to have access to your E-mail. Also make sure that there is no malware on your computer.
