Banned for unknown reason

Hi there, when I try to log in I get a message that my account is closed. I didn't get any e-mail, and don't recall doing anything ban worthy (besides maybe having a silly name). The character name is sixdayload, PvE server.

Your account was banned for advertising a gold seller site. It's likely that your account was hacked in the recent wave of hacks.

Oh wow, I should probably use better passwords then. Is there any chance of getting the ban reversed?
