Hello. Please help me with a problem.
This morning, my girlfriend used my account and played it for some time, then there was Disconnect. She decided that it was me loggined to the game (sometimes I play from work), and she loggined to here account and saw that my character is online. And then I came home for lunch and found that my account was banned. Someone was on my account, and then my account got banned. Thank you in advance.

As FarmerJoe nicely pointed out, account sharing is indeed cause for a permanent account closure. There are no exceptions, such as living together, your brother, family, dog ... or being married.

So I should lie to GM that it was me who played from MY computer in MY home from MY account to get it unbanned? Considering that it is clearely that my account was hacked!

You likely weren't banned for account sharing; it was probably some other issue. However, in your appeal, you confessed to a bannable offense. This means that even if you're innocent of your initial crime, then you'll stay permabanned, but the reason will be account sharing instead.

Either way, you're banned.
