Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

When i try to login on my account, i get the message that my account has been suspended. If i try to go to https://en.nostalrius.org/login to see why i've been banned, when i try to login i get the message "Login failed! Bad credentials.". What should i do?

EDIT: I'm sorry that i didn't post this on the account issues subforum. My main character was a 60 dwarf hunter with the name Ninjacarldk on the pvp server, i also had a low level Tauren Shaman on the pve server.
