My character Shivannah on the PvP server just got banned. When logging in on the webpage it says I got permanently banned with no reason.
I was in the darwen district learning mining at the moment I got banned.

Could you please unban me?

The account associated with character Shivannah on the PVP server was banned by our chat spam system. Please try to minimize the use of public chat channels on characters below level 15, and avoid the use of addons that put messages into chat.

This ban is under review, and we will get back to you with a resolution in this thread.
