Account permanently banned - appeal

Greetings, NB staff!

I was doing some PVP and suddenly got logged out. When I checked with my account @ the homepage it said that my account was closed permanently. And yeah now I'm like "what the heck"? I did nothing wrong, why has my account been closed? I'm a normal player with normal activities and I haven't got any warnings or previous lock outs that would explain this so I assume it's a mistake.

What's the deal here? Please give me some information and reactivate.

Name of the char: Stazzie, UD rogue.

*edit PVP Server

*edit² just in case:
Kindly note that I have never been involved in gold trading, cheating, verbal or phsical harassment, spamming, ninja looting (if that's actually an issue), scamming, hacking, multi-boxing, bug-using, exploiting or trespassing Thrall's bedroom. Nor am I interested in being associated with any of the itemized subjects.

Regards
Stazzie

Update:

I changed my password to a badass one yesterday and was able to log in @main page to check my status. Now I cannot login anymore.

Login failed! Bad credentials.

Plenty of threads have been created and answered today. My request is from yesterday.
I would greatly appreciate investigations on my case.

We are five dudes who've been playing WoW since release. We decided to start here on Nostalrius together September 2015) to have some, well, nostalgic fun again. We've put a lot of time and nerves into our characters. And now the system rips me and all my invested time apart for doing absolutely nothing.

Please unban my rogue, we actually had big plans for today.

Thank you in advance.

Okay, I've just had a conversation with a GM. He told me that my account seemes to be banned for gold trafficking from different IPs and recommended to appeal at the forums with further transaction information to ensure swift investiagtions. So, here we go:

- Like a month ago I created my bank char, Kremhild. I traded him part of my gold, don't know how much exactly. Like 400, maybe. That was at my house.
- Last week on Sunday I traded 150g from my bank char Kremhild to my rogue Stazzie for buying the Lobotomzer. That was at my friend's house, prolly between 3-5pm (Germany).
- I have spent the whole weekend at my friend's house and therefore prolly am linked to his IP for that time. His name is Gathok, Orc warrior PVP server if you want to compare IPs.
- I have been at his house several times the last 3 months to play wow together.
*edit*
- sold the Item [Plaguehound Leggings] for 100g to another player some days ago... think it was from my house.
- bought [Don Julio's Band] right after I've hit exalted with FW last AV weekend for, dunno.. 63g?
- bought [Devilsaur Gauntlets] for 163g from AH two or three weeks ago
- bought [Devilsaur Leggings] from player "Beefjurkey" for 285g few days later via COD
- constantly spent small amounts (sometimes LOTS of small amounts) on AH for raid-potion mats like [Elemental Fire], [Dreamfoil], [Plaguebloom], [Mountain Silversage]. Prolly from both my and my friend's house.
- paid 10g for an UBRS key service every now and then

I think that's it for the "bigger" amounts. I sometimes traded stuff like potions from A to B but that's it.

Further information:
- My hardware is working as intended and malware-/virus-free
- I have never been kicked out of the game but the time my account was banned
- I have never sold/bought anything for real money or to strange players
- Not a single item or copper/silver/gold is missing on the both of my characters! All is perfectly good (since all of the trades have been done by myself and were intended), besides the rogue is banned.

I can provide more information if needed to bring light into the darkness!

Thanks for investigating!

Stazzie

Greetings, NB staff!

I am the friend mentioned above (Gathok, from PVP server). I just want to confirm the explanation Stazzie has given in his post above.
Last weekend we were playing at my house. So if there is any suspicion based on the fact that Stazzie has had a IP adresse which differs from his IP when he is playing at home (and of course the IP of his bank char), i can make sure that this was definitetly no attempt of illegal gold trafficking which is layed to Stazzie´s charge.

To prove that, please feel free to check my own IP-adress for that mentioned time. It should be the same as Stazzies and his bank character and proves that his account was not hacked while he traded the money from his bank character to his Main Stazzie.

I appeal to you to investigate this case thoroughly because we were and still are enjoying playing on the Nostalrius Begins realm and it would be a shame if this story would end because of such a misunderstanding.

Thanks for investigating!
Gathok

Do both of your ISPs give a static IP or a dynamic one from a pool of IP addresses? If it is dynamic and both of you have same ISP in near the same neighborhood (usually same city in most cases), that should not have given off a red flag. In any event, if everything is true and no trafficking done, I hope you get your account back swiftly.

I don't really now, tbh, how the IPs overehere are working. My friend's house and mine are like four kilometers apart. Not quite sure how far this is important for the IP allocation.

Thanks for the support, tho!
