Hi,

I would like to appeal my account ban/my final warning on my account.

I received a final warning for using eagle eye before the AB games started this was last AB weekend. First off i was not aware of this being a bug,the other hunters who i'd been PVPing didn't know this either. Seaching on the forums regarding this i didn't find any post either. I do admit i did wrong but to be honest this was a honest mistake, I played vanilla 10 years ago, and i never did pvp much back then so i thought it was working as intended, with no information of the forums you can't expect a player to know every single function. The main reason why i was doing this was because of the thick fog.

Considering this was my first offence I think giving me a final warning for something this insignificant is a bit excessive, using eagle eye before the start of the battleground is pretty much useless.

I do not know what my second offense is, I will wait for a reply to address it.

I just saw the twitter post regarding massive ban for people who have been buying/selling gold. The lvl 1 Character I've been trading items/gold with is my bank character named Massivesoul, If you look further into this I'm sure you will find that i have not bought/sold any gold.

I've never had any gold or items gone missing, this fact should be proof enough that my account has not been compromised.

I'm pretty sure you didn't use it for the fog and to check out the enemy players, you most likely abused it to exploit yourself out of the gate before the game even starts.

If i did Stables wouldn't be the capped after BS/GM/LM most of the time which it was. I'm pretty sure the people in my premade would report me and take screenshots if i did.

Oh, I know a lot actually, no worries.

GM's don't place a suspension and especially final warning on your account, if there isn't something you have done.

I got screenshots of the conversation with the GM to confirm that it wasn't the reason i got the warning, it was because of Eagle eye and no more.

My account also got banned, i didnt get any warnings or anything. I did NOTHING that is against the rules. Logs can be checked and it can be proven.
