Account Banned with no Reason, Please Help!

Hello,
My name is Felipe Dias, and my account have been closed with no reason.
I've been playing in the server Nostaurius since it has started.
Let me tell what happened,

- 3 months ago my account has been hacked, they have stolen 250 gold from my warrior level 60 (Amonhen), I was leveling up a mage too, so I didnt worry so much with that.
- 1 week ago I got hacked again!! Now they have stolen 100 gold from my warrior level 60 (Amonhen) and 240 gold from my mage level 59 (Heinsenbergg).
- Today I was trying to log in and my account now is Closed and permanently banned..

Can you please help me with that? I'm not asking to you to return my gold back, I'm asking to you to return my account.. I just want to play this game...
