Account closed and no longer available for use?

Dear Nostalrius team.

I logged in this night and found my account closed. I would very much appreciate it, if i could get an explanation to why this has happened to my account.
I Play on the pvp realm. And and have a lot of different characters, both on the alliance and horde side.
My main is 45 Alliance druid called Shapeelf.
I have quite a few lvl 1 chars to manage my gold and different ingame stuff. They are alle horde side and called - Altifar, Altistar and Altibar. - my Horde main is called Wocru.

I have spend a lot of time building what i currently have in game, so i would find it sad to have to start all over!

I hope you well answer my questions as soon as possible.
