Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I tried to log on today and saw my account was closed / banned? My character name is Ronx, 53 Warrior on the PvP realm.

I have no idea why my account was banned, and this isn't the first time I have been randomly banned. Before they said to avoid using the chat channels at a low level, but now I am level 53 so that shouldn't be the problem.

Edit: Looking around I'm seeing a lot of bans have been in relation to gold buying/selling/advertising; I haven't been involved with any of that, aside from receiving the annoying whispers. If that is the reason for the ban I would like to appeal that charge.

The only thing I can think of that might have triggered the ban would be that I have been buying and storing a lot of thorium ore to switch from mining to engineering. Often times when I bid on the ore I am out bid and will have to take my money back out of the mailbox in fairly large amount, if that might affect things? All the money I have (around 20g) has been from questing and selling vendor trash.

I did recently move and so have been logging in from a new address (as well as my old address when I visit home), if that might have something to do with the ban?

I know you guys are swamped right now, but please take a look at this request when you can, I've put a lot of time into this character and would be sad to see it all just vanish like this.

They will get back to you once they have done research. Please look at all the banned threads recently. The staff is up to their knees in ban appeals. Some legit, some not. Please give the staff time as they investigate all these bans and don't "spam" bumps asking about the status.
