Not sure why I've been banned, and when I try to login to nost home page (after changing my password) keeps giving my the message "bad credentials."

Hopefully I can get a reasoning behind this, I haven't bought gold, cheated in any way, shape or form, and have been careful to make sure I haven't broken any terms of service.

Only transaction that I have that may have triggered this was a loan in the amount of 50g from a friend, Artie (who also has a thread open on the forums), that I was chatting with on discord. He was helping me in obtaining my mount once I hit 40. I didn't pay for this gold, it was just out of kindness by him. Other than that, I have been careful to use the AH to sell items and ignore all gold sellers.
