Bad credentials + Instant DC

Dear GMs,

I tried to login on the client and I instantly get disconnected. In addition, I changed a password and still receive bad credentials on the website login.

It seems like certain accounts were locked overnight. I'm wondering if my account is temporarily unavailable or if its banned.

same issue, contacted support to learn that I am not banned, waited an hour to try password again and still get disconnected. Have reset password and everything.

Character name: Buesketter

FOUND A FIX ---

change/reset password
go to email, click on password reset activation
there you can lock to your country, enter your usual password so it doesnt change
log in!

Same issue, I resetted pssw and locket to my country but nothing changed.

Ok, I think they did a region lock so I was using some random vpn when the NA server was down. I assume the server thought the vpn was my main IP causing me to disconnect + receiving the bad credentials on website.

I changed my password on both my accounts again + disabled the region lock. Now I can log on to both accounts.
