Tried to log on tonight, account was banned. I checked on the main site to find the reason and it just says "This account has been banned permanently." I had one of the accounts that got hacked, and as soon as I noticed, I switched my password to something unique and difficult. That was about 3 days ago, everything fine up until tonight. Any chance for an unban or is it basically "start over"?

Character name is Terboh, on PvP realm.

This account was banned as a result of the recent gold seller hack wave. Even though you had changed your password, the account compromise was retroactively detected.

The ban has been placed under compromised account review. The review may take some time to complete. We will get back to you with a determination or more instructions in this thread.
