ACcount issues

Wanted to get my account unbanned does not give me a reason just says "Your account has been banned permanently". I feel like I probably know why is because during a RFC run I bragged about buying 200 dollars worth of gold to try to feel like a badass in the group. It was not the case here, i just wanted to feel like a important person to them in the group. Unless my brother was on my account while i was at work and played on it. He has the PW for my account other then that i do not know what happen. I do not want to start over again. Thank you in advance.

Your account was banned for gold trafficking as detected by our gold detection system. If you'd like to appeal this ban, please provide information in this thread about what transactions you may have done recently that might have triggered the ban.
If you did in fact buy gold, it saves us all time if you mention that instead.

I was unaware of anything last time i logged on was my silver count was low probably 1g was on my account i logged out. Honestly i do not know anything about that gold like i said my brother used my account on his laptop i hope he did not have any key loggers. Once i tried logging on it i was banned. Can you take away the items or what can we do from here? i really liked the name and did not want to start over i was trying to get a couple hours in a day because of my new job. Having a couple friends play it with me but had to hold off because i did not want to make another account. Sorry for the late reply as well. i already changed the PW as well.

Do you think your brother may have logged onto your level 15 and bought gold?
Account sharing is against out ToU and so this ban will remain. When you make a new account be sure to make a strong password and not share it with your brother.

I was unaware of the sharing with family that lives with you was against the rules. but i guess. Account sharing with someone over the internet is what i was thinking that rule was. But i ask him and he said he did not buy gold. idk if i want to invest the time again :/ but thanks. ill make sure to share this info with many others.
