This evening, I tried logging into my account and it said it was closed. I was extremely surprised, considering I have not done anything against the rules. I do recall, however, installing a new addon recently which may have contained a virus that compromised my account information. I have put a lot of time into my character and would greatly appreciate a review of my case!

I believe my account is one of the many innocent in the recent mass-ban.

They will get back to you once they have done research. Please look at all the banned threads recently. The staff is up to their knees in ban appeals. Some legit, some not. Please give the staff time as they investigate all these bans and don't "spam" bumps asking about the status.

Just an update from my end,

I have deleted all of my addons and redownloaded all game files. I have also changed my account password, as well as set my country lock. I will be looking forward to a response
