Logged on this morning to find myself banned with the recent ban wave, is selling devilsaur illegal now?

Only transactions i have done recently is with devilsaur leather and devilsaur sets on the AH, most recently was put up around 18~ hours ago

I only deal through the AH for scare of Banning :<

Have not traded anything to my banks either.

Edit: I skin Devilsaur with my guildmate Artie and we split the skins he has also been banned, if that is a connection

Also just spoke to a guildmate (Furiouz, PvP) and he reminded me that i bought 10 Devilsaur leather off him for 125g like 2 weeks ago
