Hi,

I was disconnected and banned today while hanging around the IF talking to my friend. I am unable to log in to the website to figure out the reason for the ban. The website is just telling me "invalid credentials". I changed my password earlier today, but neither password (my old and new one) work for logging in to the website.

My main character is Hcnip on the PvP realm.
