Good afternoon. I did not play on the server 2 of the day went today and received a notice that my account is banned, I want to know the reason for the ban, I spent a lot of time playing on your server, I'm sorry to lose wasted time because I did not break the rules of the server. Thank you!

I wrote you the ticket shortly before the ban that I had stolen the gold from the character. My Account nobody knew, because I never give your personal information to anyone, an Account has been hacked and stolen gold was I to do with it I do not have any. Please make a fair decision. Waiting for your reply!
