Account wrongly banned

My account has been wrongly banned and no information on why on account page. Can you please enter in a dialogue with me so we can remove the ban? I have spent countless hours on playing at Nost and finally when getting close to level 60 and you ban me under false pretenses. I have never done anything to break the user agreement and I would be happy to elaborate on anything you think is the bannable offense.

If there was some kind of an automatic scan the transaction that might trigger gold-trafficking flag were:

Borrowed 1000g to my guild mate "Sokea" so he can buy an epic mount.
Paid 200g to my guild mate "Moksis" for him helping me with leveling, and to help him get on his feet after his account got hacked and he lost all his gold.

Please remove the ban I have spent so much time on leveling my guy and it would break my heart if this was to end just before i got to raiding. I have never sold or bought any gold or done anything to break the Nostalrius rules. Thank you and I hope that this will be ok and I can get back to playing.

Edit. I also do a lot of buying and selling on the AH with my lvl10 rogue bankchar on this account, but surely it cannot be because of this, this is my way of "farming" gold as I don't like to grind mobs, or mats or camp vendors? I can provide details of these transactions as well if needed, I am just thinking that it probably would be the beforementioned 1000g loan and 200g support which I gave to my guildmates. I have also previously given Moksis some gold for helping me with the tedious task of leveling. Let me know if you need any further details and again I have not ever bought or sold gold to anyone as I would never risk it as I enjoy this too much and have input so much time already, I hate the chinese gold selling bastards who are whispering me and spamming me everyday and ruining the fun for everyone else.
