Dear GM,
I found out that my account was unable to login, neither to the game nor to the official website. I tried to change the password and successfully did. However, it failed when it comes to login (both website and game). I know if one account is banned it at least can login to the official website to check the status but mine is not able to. Would you please check this issue for me? I have never done any infringement to the regulations of this server. Thank you.
I am at PVP server with my character name: marciliu

There is no character on the pvp server named marciliu. Is this spelling correct?

same problem here:
cant login on the server or the nostalrius site. server message is Authenticating -> Disconnected from Server
nostalrius site says: bad credentials, even though the password is correct (changed it via the password reset system).
im on the pve server, character name is "forkit"

This account was banned as a result of the recent gold seller hack wave.
The ban has been placed under compromised account review. The review may take some time to complete. We will get back to you with a determination or more instructions in this thread.

The account ban was because the gold sellers had obtained access to your account, and it was in their hands. We removed it from their hands. The ban resulting from this account compromise is under review.
