My problem is the following, I have changed of country connection yesterday and in both case it is my own connection. each time I connect with my account it disconnects before authentification and without being realm problem. I then created a second account and in the same situation of connection it worked. I tried to connect to my first account and still did the same thing: disconnect from server after authentification.
My only character is on this first server how can we deal with this problem?
