Hello, I just found out you banned my account for some reason? I got hacked but he only sold my gear and probably send all my gold by mail to someone else. I did change passw after this and there is no way they could've accessed it again and now a few days after that has happened my account is closed? please nostalrius stop punishing victimized players, THIS IS NOT HOW U HANDLE THINGS. Also while you are looking into this please refund my gear that just got vendored for scrap golds. I made it easy for you, my characted has around 900 hours played and all honor gains match up with realmplayer statistics. So please take a look at:

Use this as an example to show u actually care about your players and victimized players and not treat them like dirt. Try to be proffesional for once and help those in need, we love your server but the way you treat players who had have this happened to? I do not approve, also if the GM's dont have the time for this becuase of they jobs try recruiting some that or add an "refund fee" so u can pay a guy to do so.

GMs dont restore items, so sucks to be you. They dont have the time to restore every item someone loses. Account security is your job, if you have a problem with that, you dont need to play here then. Honestly the GMs dont give a damn that you do not approve and no amount of post lengths you make will change that fact. If they restored your equipment, they would have to do that for 100s of people every week, and they have enough work on their plate as it is, and they have their own real jobs they have to go to, they cant spend all their time restoring items.

Also, 10/10 on your ability to read the forum, I see you are so much an expert on this stuff, that you cant even post in the right forum where the GMs tell you to post.

I think that he is referring to the fact that you WILL NOT get your items back. It's in the Terms of Use

Nostalrius staff will not recover any lost characters, regardless of circumstances. We do not recover any lost items or currency except raid items with the rarity of Epic and above which can be restored in the case of a Server crash/roll-back, providing an in-game ticket is sent to us which fulfills the following conditions:

We will not restore the lost loot if the ticket does not meet all the requirements. Falsified information will lead to immediate account closure.
Exact date of the raid;
Screenshot of the raid ID;
Screenshot of the loot & complete list of raid members;
Name of the player who received the item.

So unless you lost your items via a server rollback (which clearly you didn't), they aren't going to give you your items back.
