Cannot login. Please help!

Last time I logged in was about a week ago. Now I can't login, it just says "Disconnected from server" or if I try to login to website "Bad credentials". I am still able to change my password. Is my account hacked or banned?

Please help!

The character Wey on the pvp server has never been banned. You (or someone else) may have attempted to log in too many times with an incorrect password. Wait 30 minutes to an hour and try again.

Also please note that it is only possible to login on the website from your last in-game IP-address.

There are several things going on here (most likely):

1) The website is giving you "bad credentials" because you are logging in from an IP address different from the last one used successfully to log in with the game. This restriction is in place to help block hacking attacks. Don't worry about the "Bad Credentials" message; you'll need to log in on the game first then the website login will work.

2) You might think you are applying a VPN to the game, but I'll bet you are not. Many VPN packages only apply the VPN to web traffic, not all traffic. So most likely your game is trying to go through the great firewall of china, which would be blocking that traffic.

I personally use Astrill VPN, and it has several modes. With Astrill, the mode to use is called "Stealth VPN" which makes all traffic of your computer go through the VPN. But if you aren't using Astrill currently, you probably will not be able to download it as they do not allow downloads from China, nor from other VPN providers.

So that's one thing to check at least, that your VPN settings are sending ALL traffic through the VPN, not just web traffic.

I think my VPN is applying to the game because I created new account and I can login with it just fine. So there must be something else causing the problem.

Is there possibility that the new account ip lock have activated automatically or if my account have been hacked and hacker have activated it?

Having the same issue. Logging into the game results in ''Disconnected'' message. Trying to reset the password results in getting ''Bad credentials.'' all the time and in general unable to login.
