locked/banned account?

Dear Gamemaster

When I after a week's stay in hospital, wanted Login to Nostalrius again. Was informed me that my account has been closed. Could you please tell me why this happened, and what can I do to make this undone?

My character name is Nickname

I bought neither gold nor I had ever used a bot.

This account was banned as a result of the recent gold seller hack wave.
