Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hello, as I tried to log in last night i noticed some of my accounts were banned. I can only assume this is because of the recent "hackwave/banwave". A few days ago my main account got hacked and most of my items were sold/deleted and the gold was taken. However it's weird that my other accounts are banned as well, they've not been comprimised as far as I know (all the gold/items were still there last time i checked).

I paged a GM asking what's up and he told me my main account was banned for advertising a gold selling site, i would like to appeal this as I changed pw, scanned computer for virus etc asap when I found out I've been hacked. I don't feel like this is my fault and I don't think I deserve a ban.

Here are the banned accounts with a character from each account:

Account #1: Crippled, PvP server (main acc)
Account #2 Slty, PvP server
Account #3: Huge, PvP server
Account #4: Spiny PvP server
Account #5: Thecrip PvP server

The only thing that I can think of triggering the ban could've been 3 of my guildies giving me 100g each a few days after I was hacked to get me back on my feet. I'm sure I can get them all to vouch for me that they gave me the gold for free and with no real money involved. I'll happliy provide u with their names etc if that'd help.

I've been a player on this server since day one and I love the server, I would never do anything to risk the security of my accounts considering how much time I spent here. I'd hate to see it end like this.

after i heard that his Main Account "Crippled" got hacked and most of his items were deleted and his gold was taken. I wanted to help him get back on his feet and can confirm that i gave him with my Character Frantics 100g just for helping out for free on the ZG Isleland on Sunday 13.03.2016.

So you know that he wasnt involved in any kind of gold selling/buying. He really doesnt deserve this kind of ban and i really hope he gets unbanned soon.

bump for crippled. Longtime member of phoenix and a good guy who was recently hacked, as hundreds, or more, of others were. He was lucky enough that the hackers did not vendor the gear he had equipped before going on to their next victim, so while his gold and other items were gone, he did have most of his raiding gear. Now however, he has nothing. Hope this can be sorted out.

Hello, same as Frantics and another guy, I indeed gave him 100g. Around the same time that day.
He did not buy it from me.

As the signature states: I'm Kutshi, pvp server.

Can confirm that Crippled is not a guy to be concerned about when it comes to gold selling.
Just because an account has been compromised once does not mean that it will be twice, and there should be no doubt weather or not he is going to be on top of account security in the future.

only joking, I love this swedish meatball, I mailed him 100g to help him get back on his feet after he had all his stuff stolen and he is a straight up guy who is always testing PTR for you guys and is a very dedicated and active member of Phoenix.
